Privacy Notice
LNKDX is an independent shortcut utility operated within Tempo Foundry. This notice explains the limited information used to operate free mirrors and paid LNKDX Park subscriptions.
Information collected
- Free mirrors do not require an account and LNKDX does not scrape, copy, or store LinkedIn profile content.
- For a paid Park, LNKDX stores the chosen two-character shortcut, supplied public LinkedIn destination, display name, subscription status, activation and renewal dates, and Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile the subscription.
- Stripe collects and processes checkout, billing, payment-method, address, and receipt information under Stripe’s own privacy terms. LNKDX does not receive or store complete card numbers.
- Operational logs may contain timestamps, request metadata, errors, and abbreviated technical information needed for security and reliability.
How information is used
Information is used to check availability, prevent duplicate sales, activate and renew shortcuts, process cancellations and payment failures, detect abuse, support customers, and maintain the service. LNKDX does not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate LNKDX, including Stripe for billing and Google Firebase for hosting, database, functions, logging, and secret management; or when required for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Retention
Active subscription and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service and satisfy tax, accounting, dispute, security, and legal obligations. Expired shortcut records may be retained to prevent fraud and preserve an audit trail.
Your choices
Customers can manage billing details, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation through Stripe’s customer portal once activated. Requests concerning stored Park information may be made using the business contact information shown on the Stripe receipt.
Children and changes
LNKDX Park is a professional service not directed to children. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
