LNKDX Park Terms
These terms govern paid two-character LNKDX Park shortcut licenses operated by Tempo Foundry. LNKDX is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn.
What you receive
A paid Park subscription grants a limited, renewable, nonexclusive license to use one available two-character LNKDX shortcut while the subscription remains active. LNKDX retains ownership and operational control of the domain, service, and shortcut. You are not buying a LinkedIn identity, account, profile, username, trademark, or domain name.
Pricing and renewal
- Founding pricing applies to the first 100 paid Park names: $49/year for two-letter or two-number names and $24.50/year for mixed letter-number names.
- Standard pricing is $79/year for two-letter or two-number names and $39.50/year for mixed letter-number names.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled through Stripe’s customer portal or otherwise canceled with Stripe.
Availability and activation
Availability is first-paid, first-served. Starting checkout creates a temporary 30-minute hold; it does not activate or guarantee a shortcut. Activation occurs only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Failed, abandoned, reversed, or fraudulent transactions do not create a license.
Acceptable use
You must provide a public professional-profile destination you are authorized to represent. You may not impersonate another person or organization, mislead visitors, infringe intellectual-property or publicity rights, facilitate fraud or abuse, or use the service unlawfully. LNKDX may suspend or terminate a shortcut that creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.
Cancellation, failed renewal, and release
You may cancel renewal through Stripe’s customer portal. A payment failure or canceled subscription may enter a 14-day grace period. After the grace period, the shortcut may stop redirecting and may eventually become available to another customer. Canceling does not transfer ownership of the shortcut.
Refunds
Because a scarce shortcut is reserved and provisioned immediately after payment, fees are generally nonrefundable once activated, except where required by law or when LNKDX cannot provide the purchased shortcut. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed in good faith using the contact information shown on the Stripe receipt.
Service limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. LNKDX may change technical implementation, prevent unsafe redirects, or discontinue a shortcut when necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Park subscription during the preceding 12 months.

Questions may be sent using the business contact information shown on your Stripe receipt. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
